How to find your Bryant Thermostat’s model number?

To get the best support for your thermostat, you have to know what model you have. If you can’t remember the model number anymore, you have a few ways.

  • If you still have them, you can find the number on the brochure, box, or any document that came with your device.
  • Also check on the back, front, or sides of the thermostat.
  • If there's a digital display the model number may be accessible through the Menu.

Note: You may need to take off the faceplate to show the label on the back so best to isolate the circuit beforehand.

Bryant Smart Thermostats

Smart thermostats are built with a lot of techs nowadays. On top of the Bryant lineup is their Evolution Connex thermostat, which they describe as more than just thermostats.

Bryant considers them as “smart controls”, capable of many integrated features, especially with compatible equipment.

Bryant has partnerships with other brands, like ecobee, allowing them to distribute their models compatible with Bryant HVAC systems.

Why Upgrade?

Upgrading to a newer Bryant smart thermostat, like the Evolution Connex or the ecobee Smart Thermostat, can help you save money on your energy bills in the long run.

The Evolution model can detect when you're not home to help save energy, is compatible with Amazon Alexa, and manages temperatures across different zones in your home.

The ecobee model, meanwhile, keeps track of your indoor air quality and has built-in Alexa features, so it's multi-functional.

Both thermostats let you control settings remotely through Wi-Fi.

Other Types of Bryant Thermostats

Wi-Fi

These types of thermostats are an upgrade from regular programmable thermostats. The Bryant Housewise thermostat is an example. With wireless capability, they bring a lot more to the table, having some of the features of smart thermostats. You can control them remotely through wireless devices, receive alerts and reminders, and make more advanced programming.

Programmable

These thermostats are less capable than their wireless counterparts but still provide value with the basic functionalities and cheaper price tag. Bryant has them under the Preferred and Legacy series.

Non-programmable

These are both the cheapest thermostats available and also the most simple to use. With Bryant non-programmable thermostats, you can have a nice, discreet design with simple buttons and a large, easy-to-read display.

I love the Bryant Evolution Connex Thermostat . The only problem I’m having is the dog gone beeping every single time it’s touched. My husband plays with it a lot at night and wakes up our daughter and myself everytime he does. I wish there was a way to mute the sound on it. The BEEPING is driving us crazy!!

      Hi Shirley

Sounds like a nightmare! From looking at the manual, there doesn’t seem to be a way to mute or reduce the volume of the sounds it produces. Might be worth trying to tape over the speaker on the thermostat to muffle the sound a bit.
