    I am a Home Inspector in Oregon, I recently inspected a Home that was supposed to have Hydronic floor heating system, but the only heating source was an on demand gas water heater and there was no manifold for room to room temperature control. The on demand water heater appeared to be the size of a normal On Demand W.H., no Boiler system. My conclusion was that no Hydronic system was present. Yes?No ?
